Jon M Marinas
President & CEO
Petroleum industry veteran Jon Marinas, President and CEO of JMM Global, has experience ranging from field operations and maintenance to running a successful environmental compliance management company. Mr. Marinas has over 22 years of UST/AST regulatory management, operational compliance management, information management, along with health and safety representation. Mr. Marinas is an active member in numerous petroleum industry associations and has been instrumental in shaping federal, state, and local Regulations. By serving through these various mediums, his regulatory expertise has been recognized among the regulatory community. Before entering the environmental field, Mr. Marinas served our country in the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California-Berkeley. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
As the General Manager, Dina’s responsibilities of overseeing the day to day operations are endless. It’s no wonder her career began in the restaurant business, she brings amiability to the organization. Accumulating more than 20 years of experience in business management, Diana has taken JMM Global to a new level with building a solid foundation of general practices to strengthen the organization and increase efficiency. Dina holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola University, enjoys spending time with her family, and creating a positive environment for the employees of JMM Global and its customers.
Information Services Manager
As JMM Global’s IT Solutions Director, Greg Kieca is responsible for building web applications from the ground up and is responsible for requirements-gathering, architectural activities, coding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, his responsibilities include designing and developing functional user interfaces and other visual aspects of web applications. Mr. Kieca has more than 14 years of experience in web and database application development using various leading edge technologies, tools, and frameworks. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.
Director of Operations
Eric Nordstrom is the Director of Operations of JMM Global. Mr. Nordstrom has more than 8 years of fuel system compliance management experience and acts as Project Manager to several regional and national clients as well as overseeing the compliance department. Starting as a data analyst at JMM, Mr. Nordstrom has been promoted from within. His knowledge base includes state regulations and API Work Safe certified. Mr. Nordstrom advises Senior Management on current compliance trends and client well-being. He has worked with the Information Services Team to develop innovative product offerings including the APEC WorkOrder Module, SIMS, and updates to APEC to meet regulatory changes. In addition, Mr. Nordstrom has strong relationships with Midwest Fuel System Regulators and is recognized by clients and regulators for his expertise in the field.
National Sales Director
Michael Pepe is an industry veteran bringing 22 years of experience to JMM Global. Over the past few decades he has held many positions including UST Technician, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Sales, and National Sales Director. During his tenure, Mr. Pepe has gained testing and management knowledge from major oil companies as well as working with a multitude of c-store chains and independent owners. Furthermore, Mr. Pepe has handled national accounts for tank cleaning, sump repair, phase separation reversal, equipment testing, and overall compliance management. Along with exerting efforts toward new projects, Mr. Pepe has sat on many industry boards including VP of PECA (Petroleum Equipment Contractors Association) and a seat on the NJGCA (New Jersey Gasoline Retailers) Environmental Subcommittee. Additionally, he has worked with companies large and small designing long-term partnerships with clients having their best interest at hand. Mr. Pepe has made hundreds of stakeholder relationships along his career path that still hold true today.
Director of Customer Experience
Joining the JMM Global team over four years ago as a Customer Service Representative, William helped shape JMM Global’s Call Center into the efficient operation that it is today. William was quickly promoted to different roles within the Call Center and is now the Director of Customer Experience. Responsible for the 24/7 call center, William creates the process and procedures, develops programs for JMM’s largest clients, and trains the call center employees on response protocols. He is a firm believer in developing strong relationships with clients to better know their business and create a successful customized service plan. When William isn’t working for JMM Global, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and spends as much time outdoors as he can!
